WOW, what a night!

Inspired Homes WA were honoured to be awarded 6 awards at the recent 2021 HIA Perth Housing Awards at the Crown Ballroom last month.

After a tumultuous 2020 with Covid-19 it was wonderful to be recognised by our peers for providing first class service and homes, despite the setbacks we encountered.

The home is built out of 100% timber framed product assembled all offsite and craned in panel by panel, with the average panel erection time being 3 days to stand up each home to roof cover stage.

Inspired Homes worked with the services of OFFSITE, a specialist manufacturer of advanced closed panel timber framing design, which has been proven to minimise site waste by 95% compared to conventional building methods.
