After what could only be described as an extraordinary year, 2020 has been both an optimistic and pessimistic year. While on one hand it was a “year of disasters” – the COVID-19 pandemic, catastrophic wildfires, extreme flooding and does anyone even remember Brexit or Megxit? – on the other, it has been a year full of innovation and achievements and our team was eagerly anticipating this year’s 2020 HIA Perth Housing Awards.

We definitely did not leave disappointed thanks to our team’s hard work and dedication, we secured 5 winners and were runners up in in 14 other categories which was close to our best award season on record!
