*Loan Repayments are based on building portion only and on a principle and interest owner occupied repayment (sub 95% LVR) on a 2 year fixed rate of 1.89% over a 30 Year Loan Term. The interest rate is effective 18/03/2021 and is subject to change. Fees & other lender charges are not included. The Comparison rate of 3.46% Comparison rate is calculated on the statutory assumption of a $150,000 loan over 25 years. - The referred person must enter into an unconditional HIA Contract with Inspired Homes.
- If the contract between the referred person and Inspired Homes cancels the above offer is null and void.
